Urgently looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £30+million industrial development. This is a key role for a Tier 1 contractor, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship scheme from delivery to handover.
About the Project Manager role:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning coordination, and successful delivery of the project. You will lead the project tam, manage client relationships, and ensure that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager
* Full Life cycle management of a £30million industrial scheme
* Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
* Develop and manage programme budgets, and project timelines
* Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Report regularly on progress, performance and key milestones
Requirements
* Proven track record delivering industrial / logistics projects £20million+
* Experience working with a tier 1 or leading tier 2 contractor
* Strong commercial awareness and contractual knowledge
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
* Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/ Degree or equivalent)
* SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
