Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll help to deliver functions of all scales, from official lunches and receptions to state occasions.
Oversee the guest experience at official functions, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Ensure all back-of-house preparations are completed ahead of events.
To see guests in and out of residences both on private and official occasions.
To assist with the collection and distribution of luggage and equipment in support of moves between Royal residences and for overseas visits.
We take pride in our specialist skills training so that your presentation and delivery will always be to a high standard. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. And so, although the learning curve will be steep, we’ll be with you every step of the way.
Although your main workplace will be Buckingham Palace, you’ll also travel to other Royal residences throughout the year. Each experience will be different, providing a variety of opportunities to really grow your skills and confidence. And by working with supportive colleagues, you’ll quickly become a valued part of the team.

You’ll bring a strong customer service mindset, ensuring guests feel valued and well cared for
Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is beneficial, but not essential – we’ll provide full training to help you succeed.
