Are you an experienced safeguarding professional with advanced knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)? Are you looking for a senior leadership role where you can shape practice, lead a high-performing team, and make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults in North Lincolnshire?
We are seeking a Lead Officer for DoLS to provide operational leadership, strategic direction, and expert oversight of our Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards arrangements.
About you:
* Professional qualification in social work or a related field (e.g., Health) registration with appropriate professional body and evidence of ongoing continued professional development.
* A Level 5 management qualification, or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with a willingness to work towards the formal qualification.
