EA Investor Relations - London
Full time role
General Duties Include (but not limited to):
* Providing support to the Managing Director/Head of Investor Relations plus a Director and Associate
* Coordinating regular international investor roadshows and meetings across international time zones
* Logging investor activity and tracking engagement on CRM systems
* Managing multiple demanding diaries and arranging complex global travel and visas
* Acting as the key liaison point for internal stakeholders and external investors
* Ad hoc support for the wider IR team with event planning and administration
* Coordinating correct IT set up for meetings (virtual and in-person) and ensuring this run seamlessly
* Client support - supporting client and business needs in a proactive manner and be a key point of contact for the team
* Team support - working collaboratively with team members to provide a responsive and professional support service
* Working 5 days a week in our London office
Required skills set:
* 3+ years' experience working in a similar role supporting an Investor Relations Team
* Roadshow experience
* Knowledge of CRM systems
* Experience dealing with complex diary and travel management
* Experience of expenses processing (WebExpenses/Concur)
* Prior experience in financial services.
