Your Role:
As a Community Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across the local community. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing direct nursing care in patients' homes
* Collaborating with families to develop tailored care plans
* Coordinating with other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
* Managing and prioritising your own caseload
* Ensuring meticulous record-keeping and compliance
What You’ll Need:
* Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with valid NMC pin
* IV therapy competency
* Full UK driving licence
* Community nursing experience is beneficial but not essential
