Job Title: SEN Teaching AssistantsLocation: CorbySalary: £95 - £100 per day Start Date: Immediate / OngoingHere at Aspire People, we are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Teaching Assistants to support students in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Corby area. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners and are ready to be part of a supportive, dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons to students with SEN, ensuring that learning objectives are met.* Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with a range of needs, including autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, etc.* Support students with personal care and physical assistance where required.* Help in the preparation of learning materials and resources.* Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all students feel safe, respected, and encouraged.* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and other staff members.* Assist in creating and maintaining Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students, helping them achieve their personal learning goals.Requirements:* Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.* A passion for working with children and helping them to reach their full potential.* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.* Patience, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude.* A relevant qualification in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification) is beneficial, but not essential.* An enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).Who are Aspire People?
