Were working with a leading provider of nurse-led, specialist care for children with complex medical needs in the community, and theyre looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Practice Educator to join their growing team.

The Role: As a Clinical Practice Educator, youll play a vital role in developing the clinical skills and confidence of nurses and healthcare assistants who deliver complex paediatric care in home settings. This is a hybrid role, primarily based at the head office in South East London, with flexibility for remote working and regular travel across the South East to deliver impactful, hands-on training.
What Youll Be Doing
* Delivering engaging, in-person clinical skills training tailored to paediatric community care
* Creating and refining lesson plans, assessments, and competency frameworks
* Supporting a structured mandatory training programme across multiple locations
* Collaborating with Nurse Case Managers to ensure clinical excellence and safety
* Maintaining training environments and ensuring equipment is current and compliant
* Participating in the shared clinical on-call rota

What Were Looking For:
* A qualified nurse (NMC registered) or experienced healthcare professional with a strong clinical background
* Previous experience as a Practice Educator, Clinical Trainer, or in a similar teaching/mentorship role
* Understanding of complex paediatric care, ideally including tracheostomy and ventilator support
* Confident communicator and inspiring trainer, with strong organisational skills
* A flexible, proactive mindset and the willingness to travel across the South East
