Marble Talent are recruiting for multiple Asbestos Surveyors and Dual Skilled Surveyor/Analysts across the North West on behalf of a leading UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy.
We are looking for both qualified Surveyors and Dual Skilled professionals to support a busy workload across predominantly domestic projects, with some commercial surveying work included.
The Role
- Undertake Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys
- Carry out air monitoring, four-stage clearances and analytical duties (for dual‑skilled candidates)
- Survey a mixture of domestic and commercial properties
- Produce detailed reports and site documentation using digital reporting systems
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with HSG264, HSG248 and UKAS requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
For Surveyor positions:
- BOHS P402 qualification
- Minimum 1 year's asbestos surveying experience
For Dual Skilled positions:
- BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications
- Experience carrying out both surveying and analytical duties
For all applicants:
- Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of asbestos legislation and industry standards
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to travel and occasional out-of-hours work
Package
- Salary up to £42,000 depending on experience
