About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for a full time (37.5 hours per week) Support Worker to work within our registered care home, Ashley Drive (Tylers Green, High Wycombe), where we provide support for six individuals with learning disabilities, some of whom are non-verbal and have physical disabilities.
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will support individuals with their day to day needs to enable them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. As part of a supportive team, you will:
Provide tailored support to individuals
Provide personal carewith sensitivity and respect
Encourage life skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, and cleaning
Draft personalised support plans and risk assessments
Empower people to achieve their goals and live fulfilling livesAbout You
We’re looking for people who are:

Comfortable working shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Experienced in a similar roleIt is essential that you have a Full UK Driving Licence.
Additionally, you will also be able to:
Work shifts as part of a rota system which will include weekend and bank holiday working
Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent service to the people we support
Be flexible in your approach to work and demonstrate resilience in a challenging, but rewarding environmentIt is essential that you are happy to do sleep-ins. (an allowance for £52.78 per sleep in is paid)
