A superb opportunity for a Head of HR to join a leading commercial learning provider. The position will be based in Oxfordshire however can be worked remotely with office visits a couple of times per month.
Within this role, reporting to the CEO, you will be supporting the growth and strategic vision of this organisation as they look to consolidate and implement their people agenda across Europe and the UK. You will need to have experience supporting an interntional HR agenda and you will be supported by a small team as you engage with and support stakeholders and the development of their employees. You will also lead on policy & procedures, leadership development, recruitment and other specific projects.
