Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role: Current NMC registration with an active pin. Experience working in nursing home or care home settings. Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ability to prioritise and adapt in fast-paced healthcare environments. Dedication to providing safe, compassionate, and person-centred care. Flexible and reliable, with a professional approach to all duties. As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include: Delivering safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with professional and clinical standards. Administering medication and monitoring patients’ health, wellbeing, and progress. Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in line with NMC guidelines. Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies. Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and colleagues. Working across a variety of nursing home settings according to your preferences and availability. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues where needed.
