Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and passionate early years professional to support staff training and development across our nurseries to maintain high quality teaching and learning for the children. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves mentoring, coaching, and driving quality practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support delivery of training sessions and training days
* Coach and mentor staff to improve teaching and care
* Lead on staff CPD tracking and professional development plans
* Carry out in-room observations and provide feedback
* Promote the EYFS 2025 and Birth to 5 Matters guidance
* Support induction of new staff, apprentices, and Room Leaders
* Work closely with the Area L&D Manager and senior team
* Ensure our curriculum and pedagogy are embedded consistently
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 in Early Years (Level 5, EYTS or similar desirable)
* Previous experience in mentoring, training, or leading practice
* Strong understanding of child development and quality provision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Organised, reflective, and proactive
* Able to travel between sites as needed

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,240.00 per year
