The role of Scheme Manager - Homeownership will include:
1. Encouraging residents to maintain their well-being and independence through the effective delivery of housing support services that are tailored to meet individual needs and organisational objectives
2. Carrying out regular welfare checks using warden call system - quarter checks in all properties
3. Reporting and managing communal repairs - managing on site contractors including cleaners, gardeners and window cleaners
4. Providing administrative support including producing letter/notices, recording data, raising purchase orders, invoice management and support resales
5. Confidently communicating with customers, face to face and via telephone concerning a range of queries/complaints and offering advice and guidance
6. Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements for housing services
7. Occasionally cover at other schemes during times of absence, attend team meetings.
Skills and experiences:
8. Experience of working with older people in a support capacity, and a good understanding of the key needs and services available to residents
9. Experience in building or facility management
10. Knowledge and experience of M365 including Word, Excel, Teams and Sharepoint
11. Experience of good practice for resident involvement or customer participation activities and practices
12. Ability to organise and prioritise multiple workloads effectively
13. Excellent communication and customer care skills
14. Experience of using a customer interaction system for recording interactions with residents
15. Familiar with the Housing Act, Fire Safety Act, Inclusion and Equality, safeguarding
16. A full valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required as travelling to other sites may be required

27. Role salary is £23,683 (rising to £24,415 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
The full time equivalent salary for this role is £25,374 based on 37.5 hours per week rising to £26,159 after 12 months service and subject to satisfactory performance
