Position: Area Sales Manager
The Area Sales Manager acts as the coach and partner for the sales team at the distribution partner and is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of every FENDT customer and managing all reporting and administrative activities associated with this role.
Your Impact
* Coach and partner for the sales team at the distribution partner
* Ensure the satisfaction of every FENDT customer
* Coach dealer sales and admin staff in the use and implementation of Future Sales Force, DCX, and associated AGCO sales tools/processes to drive sales process improvements for effective reporting and analysis
* Manage target-oriented sales funnel at the dealer level
* Develop, record, and implement action plans with dealer salespeople and managers to improve performance
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Associates/Technical)
* Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals
* Effective engagement and collaboration with dealer partners on a daily basis
