Lead Youth Worker - Airplay

Airplay is the RAF Benevolent Fund's (RAFBF) flagship youth support programme. Airplay clubs are delivered by YMCA at 23 RAF Stations across the UK, providing a range of groups, activities and opportunities for children and young people aged from 5 up to 18.
We need you to join us as a Lead Youth Worker at RAF Shawbury.
You will lead a team of youth workers to deliver youth and play work sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings during term time. Holiday session delivery times may differ as you will develop a holiday programme to meet the needs of the community alongside the Airplay staff team, Young People, and local RAF Community Support team.
The role is a 3-month fixed-term contract for 18 hours a week. Please note that planning, preparation, and administration times can be flexible and agreed with your line manager.
