The Job
We are currently recruiting Class 2 drivers to join our team and work for our client based in Sherburn - LS25.
Our client is a well known Kitchen manufacturer operating a fleet of Class 2 home delivery trucks.
As a Class 2 HGV Home delivery driver you will be required to work with a drivers mate to deliver kitchens around the UK.
If you are happy to tramp their is tramping work available, alternatively they also have day run work available.
As you will be delivering to customers homes please be aware that you will be required to drive on residential streets and handballing is required.
Due to this been a physically demanding job the rate of pay has been increased to reflect this type of work:
The Pay
* When - We pay weekly, by BACS on a Friday
* Pay model - PAYE
* Holiday pay - can be paid weekly or you can accrue holiday pay at 12.08%
* Standard Hourly rate: £16.50 - with holiday pay included - £18.49 per hour
* Weekend Hourly rate: £20.00 - with holiday pay included - £22.41 per hour
Duration of work
This is ongoing work on a temp basis, however our client is also wanting to recruit permanent staff so if you would prefer to work as a permanent member of staff please let us know so we discuss you with our client directly.
Perm salary - £36K -£40K
