This person will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, utilizing AI-powered job search and hiring platforms to connect talent with the right opportunities. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the platform, which is used by various industries including healthcare, finance, and education.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the daily operations of the AI-powered job search and hiring platform to ensure seamless user experience.
* Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns in job searches and hiring processes, and provide insights to improve the platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the platform's capabilities.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and users to understand their needs and provide support.
* Analyze and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure the platform's stability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong understanding of data analytics and data visualization tools, with experience in analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and resolving technical issues and bugs.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and operations.
