As a result of growth and success, our client are seeking an experienced Fire Detection & Alarm Design Engineer to join their technical team. This is a key role responsible for producing compliant, high-quality fire system designs, supporting project delivery from concept to completion, and acting as a technical authority across the business. Responsibilites: You will be responsible for the technical design, survey, and specification of fire detection and alarm systems in full compliance with BS 5839-1 and related standards. You will ensure all designs are safe, reliable, technically sound, and able to integrate with building-wide systems such as door entry, access control, PAVA, and BMS. You will also provide expert advice throughout project lifecycles, mentor junior staff, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation and standards.
