Lettings Co-ordinator
Location: Oxfordshire, OX4 1NN
Salary: £29,696.00 per annum
Type: Fixed Term Contract – 6 months
Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week –
Monday to Friday
DBS Level: Basic
Join our dynamic team and play a key
role in delivering a smooth and efficient lettings process. From handling
initial enquiries to supporting tenants through their move, you'll ensure every
step is managed with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for potential tenants, responding to enquiries and guiding them through the sign-up process.
* Provide advice and support to A2Dominion tenants on lettings-related matters, including helping those looking to secure a move.
* Manage the administration of the entire lettings cycle, including end-of-tenancy and re-let processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Keep property listings up to date on portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, and our website.
* Support the Area Lettings Manager with updates to policies, procedures, and work practices to drive continuous improvement.
* Assist in the organisation's digital transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
* Maintain accurate customer and property records in line with procedures.
* Provide general administrative support to the lettings team, including preparing correspondence, reports, and coding invoices and purchase orders.
More about you
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grades A*-C).
* Professional qualification in lettings or housing (or willingness to work towards one).
* Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within housing or a similar sector.
* Knowledge of the Private Rented Sector.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to analyse data and draw logical conclusions.
* A proactive approach to continuous improvement and adaptability to change.
