We are working with a well-known and established business based in Glasgow City Centre to secure a new HR Support Assistant on an initial 9-12 month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join an established high-performing team. Ideally, you will have HR experience at a similar level, be a confident communicator and be able to handle challenging situations

You will provide proactive and professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams, helping deliver the people plan and day-to-day HR services across the organisation. This role is essential to our operational excellence and our strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams and operational leaders.
Manage the departmental HR inbox, responding to generalist HR queries or escalating where appropriate.
Support with administrative and operational HR activity, including note taking at HR meetings.
Assist with Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and Performance processes.
Support organisational change programmes from development through to implementation.
Provide project management support, tracking and communicating progress against timelines.
Conduct research, analysis and reporting to support HR initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve HR support and processes.
Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge to contribute to operational and strategic initiatives.
Take ownership for delivery of assigned work across HR programmes and projects.
