About the role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker (Grade 8) to join the Localities Team in Sutton. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive service committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for residents.
The role will involve working with a varied caseload and supporting both young people and vulnerable adults across the borough. There may also be occasions where travel outside of the borough is required to support a young person or vulnerable adult, so flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse caseload within the Localities service
* Undertake assessments, reviews, and care planning
* Carry out safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners
* Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
