Your role
As People Services, Reward & Insights Manager, you will lead a team of two and the delivery of high‑quality, efficient, and compliant People operations across the full colleague lifecycle. You will oversee HR services, payroll coordination, reward processes, policy administration, and people data reporting, ensuring a consistent and positive colleague experience underpinned by strong systems, accurate data, and clear processes.
Working closely with the wider People & Culture team, Finance, and key stakeholders, you will act as a trusted operational partner for managers and colleagues. You will ensure payroll and reward activities are delivered accurately, fairly, and transparently, while maintaining robust governance, data integrity, and compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
A key part of the role is translating people data into meaningful insights. You will produce and analyse workforce reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting informed decision‑making and helping to monitor cultural and values‑based outcomes. You will also drive continuous improvement by optimising HR systems, streamlining processes, and embedding self‑service and automation where possible.

Interview process
We understand that taking time to prepare for and to attend interviews is a big commitment and want the process to be as transparent as possible.
You can expect the following process from us:
* A short, introductory phone call from our Talent Acquisition Advisor.
* A formal 1st Stage Teams interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Reward Analyst.
* A formal 2nd Stage (Teams/In-person TBC) interview with leadership representatives of the People & Culture, and the Finance teams.
