What Your Day Will Look Like: Lead transformation by designing programs focused on putting the customer at the center of our clients' businesses. Help reshape customer-facing functions by crafting future operating models. Drive strategic impact in customer strategy, digital service design, CX, and marketing/sales modernization. Inspire and guide multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, designers, technologists, and specialists. Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, including C-suite leaders. Stay ahead by championing new technologies, data analytics, and digital trends in customer engagement.
