Reports To: Student Support & Events Lead
Contract Type: Full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (9AM - 5.30PM working hours, with some evening delivery & overnight stays where necessary in line with the role)
Location of Role: Hybrid role, 2 days in office (central London location) 3 days working from home is the current working setup.

To do this we work with a range of companies across multiple sectors, and schools to deliver our Employability Programme: made up of Events, Application Clinics, One-to-One Support, and Work Experience opportunities.

About the role:
This is a great role for someone looking to further their experience in events delivery & mentoring. You will be working with our dynamic passionate team contributing towards a positive impact in supporting young people to understand their future options. You will be working closely with both our Schools, Employer, & Delivery Teams becoming an integral part of the collaboration between all teams.
You will be the support function to the Student Support & Events Lead, to ensure an organised, and prepared approach to events and client projects is taken. You will be an important team member who is excited to speak and host events with our clients and for our students.
Your responsibilities:
· Responsible for clear management of own calendar – this role will involve hosting in-person and virtual events as well as travel between sessions.
· Deliver and host small-scale to large-scale (300+ attendees) events for students, parents, and employers.
· Responsible for pre-event tasks – sending panellist links, working with clients to create an agenda, and creating PowerPoint presentation slides.
· Responsible for post-event collection of data to support the Employer & Education teams in the creation of account reports, including quantitative and qualitative data.
· Join account calls and host briefing meetings with clients prior to events, and at key stages of application processes to understand and relay advice around these processes to students.
· Responsible for management of team inboxes per a team rota, including general, student, parent, & teacher queries.
· Support the booking of sessions & events with main stakeholders (employers & teachers).
· Support Marketing & Education teams with their student acquisition strategy, to ensure we are working towards our student impact targets.
· Contribute (during dedicated time for Student Support), to help young people with applications and to gather feedback from Pathway CTM events.
What we are looking for…
· Experience of delivering events and/or mentoring of young people.
· Confidence and ability to speak to our main audiences – students, parents, teachers, & employers.
· Time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
· You need to be able to take a methodical and organised approach to your work, paying close attention to detail.
· Be articulate both in written and verbal communication.
· A self-starter able to use initiative; (our team is motivated to make impact, every day).
· Proficient in use of Microsoft 365 including but not limited to PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
· Working in an amazing Delivery Team, who work to deliver events to students, parents and teachers for them to gain a greater understanding of the brands we work with and what they offer.
· Work with some of the best multi-national brands who are doing amazing work to level the playing field.
