have 162 rooms, including 18 townhouse residences, three meeting spaces, a bar

Key
Accountabilities:
* Perform end-of-day
accounting tasks, including balancing accounts, reconciling cash, credit card,
and other payment methods.
* Maintain accurate records
of guest accounts, financial transactions, and other administrative tasks.
* Prepare and send
invoices, post payments, and manage accounts receivable and payable.
* Analyse credit risk
report.
* Close out and balance the
day’s financial activities and prepare the system for the next day.
* Handle check-ins and
check-outs efficiently, ensuring that all guest information is accurately
recorded.
* Resolve guest complaints
and issues, escalating to management when necessary.
* Manage front desk
operations during the overnight shift, including answering phones, responding
to emails, and handling guest inquiries.
* To work within all
company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
