* Building relationships within the industry and expanding our clients' Waterpower and Dams community
* Assisting others in business development, bid preparation and securing a sustainable pipeline of work
* Providing guidance and mentoring to less experienced team members
What technical expertise will you need
The successful candidate will have significant experience in dam engineering and may already have formal accreditation. We are looking for:
* A formal engineering qualification (Bachelor's Degree or Master\'s)
* Ideally, a Chartered Engineer with experience in dam and reservoir engineering
* Strong technical experience in structural, hydraulic, or geotechnical engineering applied to the management and design of dams and reservoirs and their hydraulic structures
* Knowledge of relevant codes, standards and guidance documents, and an appreciation of current developments

* Strong quantitative, client-focused writing, communication and analytical skills
* High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Knowledge of AutoCAD would be useful
* Not afraid to employ innovation and leading-edge technologies to meet client needs
* Willingness to travel and hold a valid UK driving licence
Relocation and visa support is available. This position could be full-time or part-time and also has the prospect of remote working from a European base.
