Job Summary:
As an Associate in Product Development Asset Servicing and Tax within Securities Services, you will partner with product leads to design and deliver strategic initiatives, focusing on regulatory mandates in the global market. You will work closely with service providers, technology, and operations teams to implement product solutions aligned with the strategic roadmap. You will coordinate user testing, manage feedback, and drive enhancements, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients and maintaining strong governance across all workstreams.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Partner with product leads in Securities Services to design and deliver key Tax regulatory strategic initiatives
2. Provide strong governance across all workstreams, ensuring partners are aligned with business goals
3. Collaborate with Technology to develop strategic platforms and partner with Operations to automate manual workflows
4. Coordinate user testing and rollout of functionality and enhancements, managing feedback and prioritizing additional improvements
5. Manage effective working group meetings across Product, Operations, and Technology to deliver key services and tools
6. Participate in broader Custody Product Development forums to identify opportunities for improvement and present ideas to senior management
7. Identify and address control gaps, ensuring rigorous oversight and governance
8. Analyze and incorporate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into the product development process
9. Progress initiatives in a cross-functional, matrixed organizational model, guiding enhancements through development, testing, and release management
10. Articulate complex ideas and analytics succinctly to stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
11. Ability to analyze and incorporate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into product development
12. Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality
13. Ability to define a product MVP and improve through feedback and iteration
14. Experience in Product Management, Product Development, Securities Services Operations, Treasury, or Custody
15. Proven ability to progress initiatives in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
16. Strong communication and influence management skills
17. Experience implementing governance regimes, with a track record in orchestration and administration of supervisory frameworks
