The in-house service centre fulfills the bookings and booking enquiry functions for our service centres located across our dealerships. Supporting both retail and commercial customers, the contact centre is predominantly a telephony-based environment but will also deal with email and SMS Text enquiries.
The department acts as both a sales and customer service team, accepting and handling inbound enquiries as well as telemarketing. Owing to the competitive nature of the market, the contact centre has increased its focus on outbound calling to capture customers and reduce customer attrition. The contact centre also plays a vital role in ‘customers for life' through the prospecting and selling of ‘service plans'. This is a great opportunity to come into a growing environment where knowledge and experience are welcomed to help further develop the department.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Are you driven to achieve set targets?
2. Are you proficient in using Microsoft Software?
3. Do you have both service and sales experience?
4. Are you able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment?
5. Do you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role?
6. Do you have experience dealing with and upselling to customers?
7. Do you have previous experience in a multiple channel contact centre?

This is a Hybrid role working on-site and from home (the first 3 months during probation will be worked from the office full-time, then transitioning to hybrid working from month 4).
This is a Part-Time position, working 28.25 hours per week.
