In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial processes across multiple countries, supporting compliance, and delivering exceptional service to employees. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week in our Cambridge Headquarters. What Will I Be Doing: Payroll Support Assisting with the accurate and efficient processing of payrolls across multiple countries. Managing and responding to payroll-related queries within agreed SLAs. Supporting the preparation and validation of monthly payroll entries. Acting as a point of contact for resolving payroll issues promptly and professionally. Expenses Processing employee expense reports accurately and on time. Ensuring all expense claims comply with company Travel Policy and HMRC regulations. Collaborating with the team to resolve expense queries quickly. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate staff and third-party details in the finance system. Supporting general payment processing and assisting with urgent or special international transactions when required. What Experience Do I Need: Education: Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Interest: Strong desire to pursue a career in payroll. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of finance systems is a plus.
