Reporting to the Service & Installations Manager in a team of 4, the Service Co-ordinator role consists of
* To answer the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and to handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality.
* Monitor Service email inbox and deal with any enquiries.
* To ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto Optim & Verisae..
* Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders.
* Update engineers assigned calls on a daily basis and report any calls that need further works to department Manager.
* Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts.
* Using 'Verisae, Expansive, Pronet,Oss,Bellrock, Cloud FM & Nexus' Training will be given.
This is a full time role 8.30am to 5pm and office based.
Some experience in 'Engineer Call Dispatch System' required.
Working in a small business based in Theale Lakes, within the Service and Installations department. Good admin, computer, telephone and multi tasking skills are needed. Training will be given.
Starting Salary £25,500 negotiable depending on experience.
23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 2 years service.
Pension, and Private Health Care provided.
Ideally suited to someone with own Car due to location of office.
