We are looking for an experienced and innovative legal professional to develop and deliver our brand-new T Level in Legal Services at Cadbury College, launching in September 2025. This is a rare opportunity to design a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects the evolving legal landscape, professional standards, and best practices across the legal sector.

Key Responsibilities
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning to students undertaking the T Level in Legal Services and applied law qualifications, preparing them for progression into legal careers or higher education. The suitable candidate will ensure that students have a rewarding and challenging experience, whilst developing to their full potential and ensuring maximising results. They will also contribute to the process of continuous improvement in the quality of teaching and learning and work towards successful outcomes for students and a positive overall experience within the College
* Design and deliver an industry-focused Legal Services course
* Incorporate real-world expertise into lessons, ensuring students gain practical, job-ready legal skills
* Develop the curriculum over summer 2025, in preparation for course launch in September 2025
* Work in our state-of-the-art £6.6 million centre, purpose-built to support technical learning
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
The ideal candidate will hold a degree and/or a relevant professional qualification, along with a Certificate in Education or a Level 5 Teaching Qualification. They will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning, particularly in A Level Law or Applied Law, and will be skilled in developing and evaluating effective learning materials. Experience with internal verification or moderation, and a solid understanding of key skills or functional skills, is essential. Prior experience delivering the T Level in Legal Services is highly desirable.
Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding
To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£30,583 - £46,263), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:
✅ Accepted Qualifications:
* DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
* Certificate in Education
* PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education)
* DET (Diploma in Education and Training)
* DiT (Diploma in Teaching) – if for a vocational subject
If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£25,611 - £28,817).

* CTLLS (Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector)
