Job overview
To ensure the provision of an efficient and effective administration, and clinical appointment & record service for the ICRT. To ensure that there is a solid and a multi-disciplinary service. Reliable data entry into RIO computer system and providing support and training to administrative staff using these systems. To act as first point of contact within BSMHFT and partner agencies.
To be supportive of Team Manager and Staff in communicating patient information within the department and to other agencies internal to the trust and externally.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be expected to cover a range of administration tasks, which require acting independently within broad guidelines. These include administrative, Big Hand & IT skills. The post holder will manage systems to support clinical treatments and provide a comprehensive administrative service to ICRT. They will undertake delegated administrative tasks on behalf of the Team Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running and control of administrative services of the Team. The role involves interpreting and sharing relevant data across BSMHFT Treatment providers such as probation, court teams, police, PCTs, both within BSMHFT and partner agencies. High levels of accuracy, data interpretation, and understanding are required, along with analysis of data reports/systems to share information across the programme.

Qualifications
* NVQ level 3 or equivalent
* RSA level 3 or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
* Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
* Experience dealing with distressing situations
* Experience working under pressure
* Experience liaising with a range of disciplines
ICT Skills
* Proven IT skills
* Training in Microsoft packages
