Senior Building Control Surveyor
A privately owned, Registered Building Control Approved Inspector is seeking a Registered Building Control Inspector to join their fast growing team. They have strong client relationships and can offer a varied portfolio.
They also provide consultancy services which will offer a varied day‑to‑day experience, while you work within a team of experienced Building Control Surveyors. Due to their commercial success, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced team and reap the benefits of exposure to large projects within their portfolio.
The Senior Building Control Surveyor ensures that construction projects comply with building regulations and safety standards. They review plans, carry out site inspections, and provide guidance to make sure structures are safe and accessible.
The Person
The Building Control Surveyor will be a Registered Building Inspector with a Class 2A competency minimum.
They will have 4 years of experience within the industry.
A Chartered membership with CABE (MCABE) will be advantageous.
