Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.
* Plan and prepare expense account schedules as required
* Ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet items with respective subsidiary ledgers and schedules
* Control and review accounting processes to maintain financial integrity
* Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses
* Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and decision-making
* Implement and maintain internal financial controls
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
* Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
* Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
* Mentor and guide junior finance team members
Qualifications
* MCom or MBA in Finance required
* 3-5 years of experience in financial management or related field
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
* Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organizational and time management skills
