O2 Daisy has TWO positions for Credit Controllers on a 6-month fixed-term basis. This vital role involves debt collection of accounts, ensuring customers pay according to their agreed payment terms / SLAs efficiently, minimizing debtor days. Responsibilities include following collection and escalation processes to ensure timely follow-up and contractual payments, collaborating with other business areas to resolve queries, handle disputes, ensure billing accuracy, raise credits, and address sales and service issues. Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day credit control for Business/Enterprise customers, reducing bad debt.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to improve customer experience and deliver world-class service.
3. Manage 50+ challenging customer accounts, ensuring debt collection targets are met.
4. Communicate effectively via phone, email, Teams to build relationships and collect aged debt.
5. Utilize business credit control experience within a large organization offering multiple products and services.
