Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing international business in their search for a Logistics Coordinator to join their Client Services team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to play a key role in coordinating orders, managing supplier deliveries and supporting international sales operations within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Working closely with the Client Services Manager and International Sales Manager, you will ensure the smooth flow of products from supplier to customer, maintaining exceptional service standards and operational accuracy.
The day to day:
Order & Delivery Coordination
* Accurately process and input customer orders onto the ERP system and relevant customer portals
* Liaise with Shipping and Warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
* Monitor supplier delivery schedules and optimise delivery timelines
* Review purchase orders to ensure all supplier instructions are correct and complete
* Manage and resolve goods-in discrepancies in collaboration with Technical and Warehouse teams
* Structure and manage customer expectations around delivery schedules
* Collate and prepare export documentation and logistics administration as required
* Coordinate and dispatch customer samples efficiently
* Support administration relating to product launches and new market entries
* Share responsibility for non-conformance processes relating to goods received
Communication & Stakeholder Management
* Build strong working relationships with International Sales Managers, communicating proactively across time zones
* Liaise with Technical teams to coordinate product specifications, labelling and compliance documentation
* Monitor and track customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution
* Act as first point of contact for visitors and inbound calls
* Provide administrative support to the wider sales and operational teams as required
Invoice & Query Resolution
* Investigate and resolve purchase invoice queries in liaison with Finance
* Highlight and resolve coding or system discrepancies
What you'll bring:
We are seeking a reliable, methodical and commercially aware Logistics Coordinator who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
You will demonstrate:
* Strong organisational and workflow management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Confidence managing supplier and customer expectations
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* High IT competency and confidence using ERP systems
* Previous admin,logistics, supply chain or export experience
