Contract: Fixed Term (12 Months)
Salary: £31,537 - £34,434 per annum (Grade 5)
Hours: 36.66 per week
Based: Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UT

Role Overview:

* Work with households needing resettlement support to maximize tenancy sustainment.
* Assist individuals, especially those in vulnerable situations, to secure and maintain suitable private rented accommodation.
* Conduct in-depth assessments using various tools to identify root causes of tenancy problems.
* Develop joint action plans with families/individuals to address underlying issues and improve tenancy outcomes.
* Implement interventions to support resettlement needs and reduce dependency on services.
* Record and manage information accurately in appropriate systems.
* Generate reports demonstrating performance and tenancy sustainment outcomes.

Key Requirements:

* Experience working with households requiring resettlement support.
* Ability to help individuals in vulnerable situations secure and sustain private rented accommodation.
* Proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments to identify tenancy issues.
* Capability to facilitate interventions addressing resettlement needs.
