This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing who is looking to progress their career within a fast-growing, reputable law firm. You’ll manage your own capped caseload (yes — genuinely capped!), ensuring a high standard of client care while supporting junior team members when needed. As this is a client-facing role, excellent communication and service skills are key. Your day-to-day role: Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently. Ensuring accuracy and compliance. Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks. Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed. Overseeing secure fund transfers. Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes.
