Operations span across Europe and Latin America, with the UK as a key market and Mexico as one of its fastest-growing regions.
THE ROLE
This is a high-impact CRM leadership role where you’ll shape and execute the retention strategy across multiple markets, with a strong focus on the UK. Reporting into the Head of Casino, you’ll also work closely with senior stakeholders, including direct exposure to the CEO.
You’ll take ownership of CRM campaigns and lifecycle strategies, managing a small team while remaining hands-on with execution. Success in this role will be defined by your ability to deliver personalised, data-led communications that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
You’ll be instrumental in:
* Developing customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys across multiple territories
* Planning and executing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
* Monitoring player behaviour daily to deliver targeted offers and personalised messaging
* Driving optimisation through A/B testing, reporting, and performance insights
* Leading projects such as onboarding new casino operators, optimising game layouts, and building automated lifecycle campaigns
SKILLS
* CRM experience in the iGaming space
* Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app)
* Data-driven mindset, confident in analysing performance and making recommendations
* Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
* Proactive communicator with confidence engaging senior leadership
