Thimbleby Court is a warm and welcoming residential care home for older adults in Horncastle. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining high standards that directly impact residents' quality of life.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home
* Cleaning resident bedrooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and staff facilities
* Following infection prevention and control procedures at all times
* Ensuring cleaning equipment is used and stored safely
* Reporting maintenance issues or health and safety concerns promptly
* Supporting laundry duties when required
* Assisting in creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors
* Working as part of a team to ensure housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
What We're Looking For
* A positive and caring attitude
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Previous housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or care experience is desirable but not essential
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.
