Key duties: Taking out and collecting the developments bins Hoovering / Sweeping Polishing Litter-picking Keeping daily log Monitoring contractors on site Small decoration and repair jobs (if necessary) Fire alarm testing (dependent on site) Use initiative to solve any problems on site Maintaining communication with residents, property management and Abbatt Ad hock tasks as instructed by management The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a similar residential, corporate or hotel background.
