The successful candidate will have a background in technical security design with the ability to project manage the technical and commercial delivery of projects. The candidate will manage all aspects of the group including stakeholder engagement, technical escalation, and financials. The group works on several projects simultaneously, so the ideal person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
The role involves technical knowledge of security systems such as Genetec, CCURE, and Lenel. Hours may fluctuate as support is required across multiple regions including Asia, the UK, and the US.
What you will do
Project Delivery
* Ensure projects are completed from design to commissioning within deadlines and budgets, escalating issues as needed.
* Provide professional security design services to clients following their standards.
* Prepare concept and preliminary strategy solutions for client approval.
* Manage security system design and upgrade projects across multiple clients and regions.
* Act as a technical and operational escalation point for projects.
* Work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
* Communicate directly with clients and lead meetings.
* Ensure practices and policies comply with legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
Commercial
* Review and approve fee proposals and update internal systems.
* Manage project budgets.
* Report on project progress and financials regularly.
* Manage resources required for projects.
* Report to stakeholders on achievements and risks.
