Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our Client site in Loughborough on an initial 12 month fixed-term contract. Working as part of an established team you will be responsible for providing customer service and support utilising various systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
This is a varied role and your day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Ensuring all transactions meet required compliance standards and defined SLAs
2. Undertaking proactive account and order management
3. Liaise with business contacts on customer relationship management utilising Salesforce
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure they're providing the highest level of service and any queries are resolved in a timely manner
5. Participate in company wide initiatives e.g. daily tier reviews, team meetings training and EHS courses
6. Regular business customer/contact calls
Due to the nature of this work, good attention to detail and a good qualification in GCSE Maths is a must. Strong problem-solving skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage change effectively are essential. Experience in SAP and Salesforce would be beneficial.
Remote working is available; however, the initial training period will take place in the office, so all applicants must be able to travel to Loughborough.
