* 8:30am - 4:00pm Friday
39 weeks per year – Term time plus training days
Tove Learning Trust Band F: £25,183 - £25,584
Actual annual starting salary: £21,661 per annum
This is a non-teaching role.
Required
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to start in September 2025. The main components of this role include:
1. Managing the Internal Suspension Room, including resourcing, staffing, and supporting young people.
2. Organising and conducting intervention work with identified students or groups.
3. Performing other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will manage students temporarily removed from classrooms for behavioural reasons, providing reflection opportunities, academic support, and targeted interventions to improve behaviour and promote positive learning outcomes.
Applicants should be proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Suite, well-organised, and able to multitask and prioritise.
