About the role
At One Stop Stores, we aim to serve local shoppers a little better every day. Being part of the local community helps us achieve this, and our store colleagues bring this to life.
In this role, you will greet and welcome customers warmly, engage with them to understand their shopping needs, sell the right products, and ensure they have a great shopping experience.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, keep the store looking great, and ensure the right products are on the shelves with excellent services on offer.
You will need
As part of the One Stop & Tesco family, you should:
* Greet each customer with a warm and friendly welcome
* Listen and talk with customers to understand their needs
* Assist customers in finding everything they want
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about our products and services
* Be punctual, smartly dressed, and ready to serve
* Think 25 when serving age-restricted products
* Work as part of a team to complete store duties
* If applicable, complete a criminal record check for post office duties
