Fractional B2B Sales Director

to own our B2B strategy in Japan and drive retail rollout end to end. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role — perfect for someone who thrives on execution and wants to shape an entirely new category.

What You'll Do

* Lead retail expansion across premium, functional, and mass channels
* Build distributor and wholesaler strategy: evaluate, negotiate, and manage partners
* Drive buyer outreach, meetings, listings, and trade marketing execution
* Own our presence at a
major trade show in Japan

— pre-booking buyer meetings, running the booth, and converting leads into purchase orders

What You Bring

* Deep network in Japanese retail across convenience, drug, supermarket, and specialty channels
* Proven track record placing functional beverages, supplements, or better-for-you CPG brands
* Fluent in Japanese (business-level English preferred)
* Hands-on operator: comfortable in a fractional leadership role where execution comes first

現在私たちは、日本市場におけるB2B戦略を担い小売展開をリードいただける営業ディレクターを募集しています。責任と影響力を持つポジションであり、実行力を発揮しながら新しいカテゴリーを共に創り上げることに熱意を感じる方に最適なポジションです。

主な業務内容

プレミアムチャネル、機能性飲料チャネル、マスチャネル全体での小売展開をリード

流通業者・卸業者戦略の構築:評価、交渉、パートナー管理

バイヤーへのアプローチ、商談、導入交渉、トレードマーケティングの実行

日本国内の主要展示会における出展を主導:バイヤー商談の事前設定、ブース運営、リードから受注への転換

求める経験・スキル

コンビニ、ドラッグストア、スーパーマーケット、専門店など、日本の小売流通に強いネットワークをお持ちの方

機能性飲料、サプリメント、または健康志向の消費財ブランドを市場に導入した実績

日本語ネイティブレベル(ビジネス英語ができれば尚可)

実行力のあるオペレーター型リーダーであり、柔軟な勤務形態でも成果にコミットできる方
