ServiceNow Platform Expert - Contract - London - Hybrid/Remote - Starts ASAP Are you a seasoned ServiceNow expert with a passion for agile delivery and sprint leadership? Cromwell Banks is partnering a global FMCG firm to find a ServiceNow Platform Expert, on a contract basis, to take the reins of their agile sprint cycle and drive high-impact development across ITSM, IRM, HAM, and integrations. You'll be the key liaison between the outsourced developers, internal stakeholders, and product leads; ensuring smooth delivery, technical best practice, and strategic alignment. Objectives: * Sprint Leadership: Own the sprint cycle end-to-end, allocating dev stories, managing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery * Agile Process Management: Lead agile ceremonies, coach the team, and uphold delivery discipline * Backlog Ownership: Collaborate with ITSM and Operations leads to prioritise development and manage the backlog * Story Capture & Planning: Translate business needs into dev stories and guide the team on optimal delivery approaches * Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on expertise in ITSM module and integrations; coach developers on best practices across ITSM/IRM/HAM * Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor across teams, ensuring alignment and transparency Requirements: * Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead * Deep, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and Integrations (IRM/GRC/HAM is a bonus) * Strong understanding of agile methodologies and sprint planning * Ability to coach and mentor developers on ServiceNow best practices * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Disclaimer: This role is only open to candidates with the full right to work and currently located in the UK (hybrid or remote).
