We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Exam Officer to start immediately in a school based in Oxfordshire. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of both internal and external examinations, ensuring everything is delivered accurately and in line with the awarding body requirements
What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating internal and external exams from start to finish
* Managing exam entries, registrations and key deadlines
* Preparing timetables, seating plans and exam room arrangements
* Organising and supporting invigilators to ensure exams run smoothly
* Liaising with staff, students, parents/carers and exam boards
* Supporting access arrangements alongside the SENCO
* Handling results and post-results processes where required
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in an Exam Officer role (or similar exam administration)
* Strong organisation skills and excellent attention to detail
* Confidence using IT systems and Microsoft Office
* A calm and professional approach, especially during busy exam periods
