* Deep knowledge of the regulatory landscape (AMP/PR Cycles) and how capital projects are funded, commissioned, and deployed within DNOs/WOSCs.
* Direct experience driving the adoption of innovative or disruptive solutions
* A powerful existing C-level network and a history of defining strategy and driving multi-million-pound pipeline growth within the sector.
