Fleet Assistant – Maternity Cover.

Our Fleet team are dedicated to ensuring the seamless operations of our premium fleet. The Fleet Assistant has responsibility for supporting the fleet team by the administration of paperwork relating to fines to control and recover costs and providing timely reporting to identify exceptions requiring action.

Successful candidates must be able to travel to our head office in Elstree, Hertfordshire, but some at-home/hybrid working is available.

The hourly rate for the role is £13.85 per hour (£28,808 pa FTE)

Hours: 20 hours per week

Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are:

· Managing Penalty Charge Notices: Take charge of processing PCNs and swiftly responding to any related inquiries, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution process.

· Overseeing Congestion Charges & Road Tolls: Handle the administration of congestion charges and road tolls.

· Supporting Insurance Claims: Provide valuable support to the Head of Claims with progress of insurance claims.

· Fleet Management & Documentation: Handle Fleet-related correspondence, scan essential documents and certificates, and ensure their accurate upload to our systems for easy access and compliance.

· Data Management: Carry out precise and organised data entry, helping to maintain up-to-date records that drive operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key skills and experience required:

* Personal values aligned with the values of the company and an ability to demonstrate value driven behaviour regularly.
* Proven experience in an administrative role with knowledge of the car sector highly desirable.
* The ability to work under pressure, use initiative and prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong IT skills and the ability to work on various systems.
* Team player.
* A positive and proactive approach to learning and self-development

Interview process:

· Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a screening call, after which there will be a face-to-face interview, attendance at our Elstree office will be required.

· Please note we are unable to offer visa sponsorship so all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and standard DBS checks are required as part of the onboarding process.

The package:

· 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
